Cutting for Stone

I just finished a book that I absolutely loved, I devoured it. Almost 600 pages done in just under 4 days.

Cutting for Stone Pictures, Images and Photos

This book was extremely interesting to me, it was written by a doctor and is set in Ethiopia. I spent every night after work last week reading and reading and reading. Luckily Brandon was out of town or he might have thought it was odd the several times I found myself crying during the book. Crying??? I know. I thought it was THAT good. I would highly recommend it, although, it is set in Africa, there is a coup and some situations that might make you cringe a bit, but overall it was absolutely fantastic.

I read lots when Steve is out of town, which means I'm reading lots right now too! I'm adding this to my list (I love to use Goodreads, where I can track what I want to read next and see what my friends are reading). A book every woman should read: These is My Words by Nancy Turner. Spectacular! Another that seems cheesy but is hands down the best book I've read in the last ten years: Gone with the Wind. So much more incredible than the movie could ever lead you to believe! Thanks for the recommendations! Missing seeing you guys around.
