The Sweet Tooth Fairy

This weekend we headed down to bake in the sun in St. George and Mesquite. While we were there I was introduced to a most wonderful place. Why oh why didn't I think about doing something like this????? This place of merriment and delicious treats is called The Sweet Tooth Fairy and truly, it is divine.

www.thesweettoothfairy.com If there is one in your neck of the woods, I highly recommend it.

I can't remember what the name of mine was, but it was a chocolate chip cookie baked into the actual cupcake. It. Was. Heaven.

Brandon had a peanut butter chocolate delight, it was very good, but nothing came close to my cupcake. Seriously, who would have thought that a perfectly moist cookie in the upper half of my cupcake with vanilla frosting would be so good?

I need to come up with something exciting like that. Then, I could drop by my neighbor's house to let them have one of my "delights" and then they would be absolutely amazed by my baking prowess. Hm....that might be a good idea for a haiku while I'm at it...... ;)
