Getting in on the Fun

Ok, I'm taking part of a fitness challenge. :) Well, more of an eating healthy challenge, which is something I have been trying for ages to do!

If you want to be a part of it go check it out too!

The Reid Family

Brando and I are on going on a cruise the first week of May and I have been trying to lose weight for it. I have been exercising daily, I have been lifting weights, I got off the soda juice and have been keeping my calories between 1,200 - 1,500 a day. Apparently this isn't working all of that well for me when after 3 weeks I have only lost 4 pounds. 4 measly pounds...the sweat and not eating treats is killing me here. So....when I saw that Alisa, who is extremely skinny in the first place, had lost 2 pant sizes doing this, I thought, "sign me up!!" I think that it will make the biggest difference by keeping track of my points because I will go to the gym after a great week and weigh myself and find only 1 pound has been lost and I will go home and bathe myself in egg rolls and cinnamon hearts and raw cookie dough. I've just painted a great picture, haven't I? Well, at the very least this will keep me from doing this and then I will know that there are at least other people feeling my pain! You should join us too!!!!

4 lbs is nothing to sneeze at. I've been dieting too. Keeping track on livestrong.com (kind of) and exercising. I don't think I've lost 4 lbs...

You are so funny. You are going to love doing this. I think the P90X 6 days a week had a lot to do with it too, mixed with the healthy eating!! I hope we can recruit a lot of folks so everyone can look and feel great!
