Stuffed Peppers - Blogher
These bad boys were of the vegetarian variety and I was very surprised to find that I liked them as much. Beware, Brandon woke up at 2 am with some serious heart burn. They didn't affect me, but I'm sure the whole onion, jalapeno and garlic didn't help.

These pictures are not pretty, but I was just glad that they actually turned out. I have had plenty of disasters, so I wasn't sure I could pull this one off.

They look delicious! Too bad about the hear burn :)
Nice job, Michelle. Looks delish.
Do you like "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo"? Eric and I read the whole series and liked all three, but I don't often recommend them to anyone I know because they're a little risque...if you know what I mean. Can you imagine my mom reading them? Hahaha. Just wondering...
Hey Maryn, I just started it yesterday, but I have been completely consumed by it so far! I'm on page 200, but I absolutely would hesitate recommending it to everyone. Have you read The Book Thief? I love that book, but forgot it has some swear words in it. I recommended that book to my boss and he NEVER curses. He came back from vacation and said that he liked it, but was surprised by the language. Oh man, was I red! I figured since it only like the s word and the h word I would be safe, hee hee.
The Book Thief is one of my absolute favorites. I keep begging Eric to read it. Maybe someday...
You take the BEST pictures, that looks great!
I make some stuffed peppers ala Rachel Ray that are amazing. Mashed potatoes and ground beef and bread crumbs. Sooo good...and ridiculously easy!
