She has taken old watch pieces and created new items like necklaces and rings, brooches and cuffs. My favorite item was a huge pocketwatch with a large octopus wrapped around a skeleton key. I would have walked away the proud owner, but it was too much for me. I tried it on and realized that while I would absolutely love looking at it every day, it was too big for me to wear. Instead, I walked away with this little prize:

I have been playing around with my lensbaby again, thus the funky shots. My necklace is an old pocketwatch with the inner workings still in it. The other side is a face of another watch that has been attached. She has added flowers all along the edges and on the top and undersides of the dragonfly's wings.

I wore it to church today and I noticed a few odd glances down to it. I realize that its not for the faint of heart! I am seriously considering going back next week to scope out the new rings that she promised would be available.
