We went to lunch for Peggy's birthday to the Blue Iguana. While the Blue seems to be more famous than its cousin the Red, I prefer the Red Iguana. I will give the Blue Iguana this, their poblano mole was muy excellante! I hope that is how you spell it.

Hey I have heard really good things about those places and I love to go out to eat. We need to try those out..I love Mexican food too mmmmm.
You guys should come down sometime!!!!! We are game for going out to eat instead of cooking anytime :)
